Easy Returns within 30 Days

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kidgee. If you're not happy with the size or quality of the items you receive, you have the option to initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date the item arrives. Our friendly Customer Service team is here to assist you throughout the process.

Important Points to Note:

• To be eligible for returns/exchanges, the items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Unaltered

• Please note that we do not provide free return shipping, and any fees incurred for shipping returns will not be refunded.

• We do not accept exchanges for socks, innerwear, hosiery, or discounted items.

• To ensure a valid and eligible refund, please follow our Return procedure and provide the tracking number once you ship your return.

• If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the purchased item, we do not provide refunds for the price difference.

Exchange Requests:

• If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size or a different product, please be aware that the exchange process will adhere to our stated return policy.

If you haven't received a response from our Customer Service team within an extended period (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your Spam folder in your Contact email. It's possible that our emails may have been incorrectly filtered by your email server/provider.
